Shipping policy

Shipping: We off free shipping on US orders over $75 and flat rate $8 shipping on orders under $75. We are not responsible for any delay, theft, or prolonged delivery caused by shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, all matters of delivery and receipt are beyond our control. The only refunds/exchanges we offer due to carrier error are those afforded to customers who have purchased Navidium shipping protection to insure their order at the time of checkout. Declining the extra layer of protection means you assume all risk.
