Are your products really handmade?

Yes! All of our products are made in very small batches in our studio which is 25 minutes north of Atlanta, Ga.

Are your products organic?

Yes, we use only USDA certified organic ingredients, however our products themselves are not certified organic. We plan on becoming a certified organic company soon.

Do you use parabens?

Never! We never use parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, or sulfates our products. 

How long does this stuff last?

We do not use any synthetics to extend the life of our products.Our products have a shelf life of 9-12 months.

Where do you source your ingredients and materials from?

100% sustainable, our ingredients are sourced from farms within the United States and Canada.

Do you test on animals?

No Way!! We do not test on animals. We are 100% cruelty free, certified by the Leaping Bunny.

How soon can I expect my order?

Each order is handcrafted with you in mind. After an order is placed, please allow up 1-2 days for your order to ship. During this time your order will be crafted, bottled, labeled, and packaged for shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. We currently only ship within the USA

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! tracking options are available as soon as your order is confirmed as shipped. Once you receive a tracking number this does not mean your order is ready to ship. Once your order is through with processing you will receive a notification letting you know that your package is on its way!

Can I ingest your hemp seed products?

Although all ingredients we use are of food grade quality, we have formulated our products to be used as a topical skincare products. We do not recommend ingesting them.

Our money-back guarantee requires you to consistently use our products for at least 14 days. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before using OIN Skincare. 

We provide a full refund minus the Standard Shipping cost to you. In order to receive a refund, the customer must return the product and is responsible for the the return shipment cost to our Lawrenceville Warehouse.

The refund is capped once per product. If you have ordered a double pack, please make sure it is returned unused for a full refund.

This guarantee is only open to customers, who act at all times in good faith and with integrity. 

OIN Skincare reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently.

IMPORTANT: We must be notified regarding your return at info@ohitsnatural.com with your order number, reason for return and tracking number.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please email our Customer Service Team at info@ohitsnatural.com so we can organize replacements for your missing products. Please provide us details (including photos) within 24 hours of recieving your order.
