Are your products really handmade?

Yes! All of our products are made in very small batches in our studio which is 25 minutes north of Atlanta, Ga.

Are your products organic?

Yes, we use only USDA certified organic ingredients, however our products themselves are not certified organic. We plan on becoming a certified organic company soon.

Do you use parabens?

Never! We never use parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, or sulfates our products. 

How long does this stuff last?

We do not use any synthetics to extend the life of our products.Our products have a shelf life of 9-12 months.

Where do you source your ingredients and materials from?

100% sustainable, our ingredients are sourced from farms within the United States and Canada.

Do you test on animals?

No Way!! We do not test on animals. We are 100% cruelty free, certified by the Leaping Bunny.

How soon can I expect my order?

Each order is handcrafted with you in mind. After an order is placed, please allow up 1-2 days for your order to ship. During this time your order will be crafted, bottled, labeled, and packaged for shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. We currently only ship within the USA

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! tracking options are available as soon as your order is confirmed as shipped. Once you receive a tracking number this does not mean your order is ready to ship. Once your order is through with processing you will receive a notification letting you know that your package is on its way!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final. We always strive to deliver your order correctly, but sometimes we might encounter circumstances beyond our control. If you receive defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory merchandise, please contact us immediately, and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

It's important to note that fragrance is deeply personal and can vary depending on body chemistry and personal preference. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you are unhappy with the scent of the product you have purchased. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please email our Customer Service Team at info@ohitsnatural.com so we can organize replacements for your missing products. Please provide us details (including photos) within 24 hours of recieving your order. 

Include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly and accordingly. 

Damaged items

Damaged items: If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement to be sent to you at no cost within 24 hours of delivery.

Contact us at info@ohitsnatural.com. We typically respond within 24 - 48 hours.

Make sure you include your order number and photos of the reported damages in your email so we can be super speedy with our reply!

Shipping Policy

Shipping: We are not responsible for any delay, theft, or prolonged delivery caused by shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, all matters of delivery and receipt are beyond our control. The only refunds/exchanges we offer due to carrier error are those afforded to customers who have purchased Navidium shipping protection to insure their order at the time of checkout. Declining the extra layer of protection means you assume all risk.
