Directions: To use, place one shower steamer tablet inside the dish and onto your shower floor or bathtub edge in a corner that is closest to the water stream.

Allow water to drizzle onto the tablet to activate. As the shower tablet fizzes, the essential oil aroma will be released into the shower.

They are also more effective when the water temperature is higher ( this will generate more steam to disperse the aroma of the essential oils). Can be used safely in any shower area with the provided shatter-resistant dish.
